AvirMedia.com offers UPS, FedEx or other shipping method at its discretion and does not ship to
UPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
Free shipping items may take up to 8-15 business days for delivery.
Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
All orders less than one pound and with total value under $100.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 6-9 business days to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 3-5 business days to any destination).
* A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
Return Policy
All products sold by AvirMedia.com
(unless otherwise specified in the product description) offer a 15 day
satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. Before processing a refund, all opened returns will be
evaluated for cosmetic defects, usage, original internally embedded equipment
serial number, hardware match verification and tested for functionality upon
receipt by our technical team.

unopened, unused, new items returned within 15 days - full refund (minus shipping fees)
- opened and/or used items returned within 15 days - 20% restocking fee (minus shipping fees)
- defective, doa (dead on arrival) returned within 15 days – replacement for the exact same product (minus shipping fees).
- No refunds and/or exchanges after 15 days.
All returns are subject to the following:
- A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.
- All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items.
- All cross-ship will only be accepted under specific conditions.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products.
- Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. AvirMedia.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for
7 days, within which the return must be received by AvirMedia.com. To request an
RMA, please provide your order number by contacting us using
this form.

is responsible for the return shipping fees and agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. Accessories such as the warranty card, software CD, all cables, manuals and any other components within the original packaging must be included in the return. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well or the customer is
responsible for the promotional product's cost. AvirMedia.com shall refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete package
